Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Approves Investments Worth ₹1 Lakh Crore.

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet recently approved investment proposals worth ₹1 lakh crore across multiple industries, along with land allocations for several projects. The meeting, chaired by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu in Amaravati, covered a 70-point agenda including initiatives on quantum computing, advanced computing skills, and strategies to attract $1 billion in quantum computing investments, according to AP Information Minister K Parthasarathy.

The approved investments had earlier received clearance from the Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (APSIPB). Key land allotments sanctioned by the Cabinet include:





  • 100 acres to Sigachi Industries for a synthetic organics plant in Orvakallu




  • 150 acres to Dozco India




  • Land to Birla Group for a fibre cement plant in Nellore, among others





The approvals signal the state government’s continued push to boost industrial growth, attract major investments, and develop advanced technology sectors in Andhra Pradesh.
