Andhra Pradesh SIPB Clears Investment Proposals Worth ₹39,436 Crore.
The Andhra Pradesh State Investment Promotion Board (SIPB) has approved 31 new investment proposals worth ₹39,436 crore, with the potential to generate 1,11,278 direct jobs across multiple sectors.
The approvals were granted during the board’s 16th meeting held at the State Secretariat in Amaravati on recently. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
Among the cleared proposals were investments from three companies in the Amaravati Quantum Valley, along with projects focused on converting agricultural, horticultural and aquaculture waste into value-added products such as ethanol.
Addressing officials, the Chief Minister emphasised the need to harness the state’s vast solar energy potential. He called for a focused push to develop the Rayalaseema region into a major renewable energy hub.
