Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Sets Sights on 74-Property Portfolio by FY30.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels recently said it aims to expand its portfolio to 74 properties by FY2030, with a total of 5,787 keys across owned, managed and leased hotels.

The hospitality group currently has 38 properties under development, comprising 3,351 keys. In addition, it operates 36 properties with 2,436 keys.

According to the company’s investor presentation, the FY2030 target combines its pipeline and operational hotels, positioning the group for significant growth over the next several years.
