Arvind SmartSpaces Forays Into Vadodara With ₹700 Crore Residential Project.

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL) announced recently its entry into the Vadodara residential market with a ₹700 crore horizontal development project in the Ajwa Road micro market. The project is structured as a Joint Development venture.

Commenting on the expansion, Priyansh Kapoor, CEO and Whole-Time Director of ASL, said, “We are delighted to expand into a new city and enter the vibrant and emerging residential market of Vadodara. This marks ASL’s 23rd project in Gujarat and aligns with our strategy to grow in high-potential markets and strengthen our presence in the state.”

He added that optimism in the real estate sector remains strong and ASL plans to launch additional projects across Gujarat, Bengaluru, and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region during the remainder of the year.
