Arvind SmartSpaces Launches New Bengaluru Residential High-Rise Project Worth ~₹550 Crore.
Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), part of the Lalbhai Group and a leading real estate developer in India, has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The project, located in the Nallurahalli area, offers a total estimated saleable area of approximately 4.6 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of around ₹550 crore. The acquisition has been made on an outright basis.
This marks ASL’s second project in Whitefield and its ninth high-rise development in Bengaluru. The city has been a key focus for the company since it entered the market in 2013, with 13 projects added across the region so far, six of which have been delivered, while seven are in various stages of development or pre-launch. Whitefield continues to be a high-demand residential hub, attracting professionals and families due to its proximity to IT parks, multinational corporations, and well-developed social infrastructure.
