Asian Energy secures ₹200 crore order from Assam Gas Company.

Asian Energy has secured a contract worth approximately ₹200 crore from Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL), the company announced. The contract involves the design, construction, ownership, operation, and eventual transfer of a compressor station on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis for a duration of three years.

The company plans to mobilize the first compressor by the fourth quarter of the current fiscal year, with the remaining units expected to be deployed in the following fiscal year. Initial revenue realization of around ₹82 crore is expected in the first year on a Free on Truck (FOT) site basis, which includes freight, unloading, and stacking but excludes GST.

“We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded this significant contract by Assam Gas Company Limited to supply and operate a compressor station on a BOOT basis for the next three years,” said Kapil Garg, Managing Director of Asian Energy.
