Asset Homes launches new project

Kochi: The Kochi-based Asset Homes has announced the launch of its new project - Signature, a luxury digital apartments at Thiruvananthapuram.

The project will be constructed at Kazhakkuttam, next to Techno Park and will have 472 digital homes in six towers. Mr Mohammed Saleem, Director, Asset Homes said that Signature digital homes are eco-friendly with ample green space, rain water harvesting, water recycling system, terrace garden and herbal garden.

The apartments will be constructed in three acres and digital homes will have sophisticated systems including wirefree Internet in each apartment, bio-metric entry, digital surveillance system with IP camera control, video door phone in each home and automatic gate opening for owners vehicle.
