Aurobindo Pharma to Boost Generic Formulations Output at France Facility.

Hyderabad-based Aurobindo Pharma has announced that its wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, Agile Pharma BV, has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary in France named Arrow Pharma Production SAS.

According to a regulatory filing submitted to the BSE, Agile Pharma BV will serve as the holding company of Arrow Pharma Production SAS. Since Agile Pharma is a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, the newly incorporated French entity will also become a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary of the Hyderabad-based drugmaker.

The company said the incorporation of Arrow Pharma Production SAS is aimed at expanding the manufacturing of generic formulations in France.
