Avantel Bags New Contract Worth ₹9.94 Crore.

Avantel Limited has received a contract dated June 8, 2026, from the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the development and testing of satellite terminals for GSAT.

The total value of the contract stands at ₹9.94 crore (Rupees Nine Crore Ninety-Four Lakh only), inclusive of applicable taxes.

The company said the order marks a significant addition to its defence and space communications portfolio, reinforcing its engagement with India’s strategic research and development ecosystem.
