Bharat Forge, VVDN Technologies Ink Pact for Automotive, Defence and AI Data Centre Technologies.

Bharat Forge and VVDN Technologies recently announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic collaboration across automotive, defence and data centre technology domains.

The companies said the partnership will focus on jointly pursuing opportunities in next-generation technologies spanning automotive systems, defence platforms, artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre infrastructure.

Under the proposed collaboration, Bharat Forge will leverage its expertise in advanced manufacturing and precision engineering, while VVDN Technologies will bring strengths in electronics design, embedded software, system integration and manufacturing services.

The alliance is aimed at combining complementary capabilities to develop integrated technology solutions for domestic and global markets.
