Birla Power planning to set up Thermal, Solar power plants

Mumbai: Birla Power Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company will hold a Press Conference in Mumbai to announce the Company' plans to invest in Special Purpose Vehicle for the purpose of the following new businesses:

(a) Solar Power Generation
(b)Thermal Power Generation

The Special Purpose Vehicle will be a Subsidiary Company of Birla Power Solutions Ltd.
