Carrier Global Corporation Announces ₹1,000-Crore Air-Conditioner Plant in Sri City.

Carrier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration has signed a lease deed with Sri City to set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to sustainable and energy-efficient cooling solutions.

The upcoming facility will be developed on a 39-acre site within Sri City, further strengthening the region’s position as one of India’s leading hubs for air-conditioning and HVAC manufacturing. The project is expected to enhance local industrial capabilities and support growing domestic and global demand for advanced climate control technologies.

The investment also aligns with the broader vision of Andhra Pradesh to attract high-value, technology-driven industries and develop globally competitive manufacturing clusters across the state.
