Chennai Gets ₹3,350 Crore Prestige Group Residential Development.

Prestige Group, a prominent Bengaluru-based real estate developer, has announced its latest residential venture, Prestige Pallavaram Gardens, located on the rapidly developing Pallavaram–Thoraipakkam Radial Road in Chennai. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,350 crore, this project is poised to become one of the region's most significant residential communities, according to a company release.

Spanning an expansive 21.84 acres, Prestige Pallavaram Gardens will feature a meticulously planned mix of 2,069 premium apartments. These units will be available in 2-, 3-, and 4-BHK configurations, offering a total saleable area of 3.1 million square feet. The strategic location on the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road ensures residents convenient access to Chennai's key transit routes and major economic hubs.
