Dubai heritage project's first stage completed.

The first phase of a Dh1.2 billion 'historical, cultural, Emirati' heritage project by wasl properties in Deira, Dubai, has been completed.

The unfurnished ground and first floors of the retail area are now available, and delivery of commercial leases has begun. The commercial and residential units are yet to be completed.

The project is set for completion next year, when it will house about 50 offices and a Hyatt hotel, along with a sports club, swimming pool and security services.

The mixed-use development will house commercial and residential space to let. It will also include a souq, built in a traditional Emirati style, which will feature a central courtyard and is flanked by themed shopping areas.
