Eco Hotels Enters MMR Market with New Greenfield Project in Dombivli.

Eco Hotels and Resorts Limited (EHRL) has announced its first Greenfield project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), marking a major milestone in the company’s rapid expansion strategy. The new property, located in Dombivli, will be branded under “The Eco,” the company’s flagship premium mid-range brand, and is scheduled to open within the next 24 months.

The hotel will feature 65–70 rooms and a 5,000-square-foot banquet hall designed to host corporate events and social gatherings. Dining options will include Sahar, the signature “Back to the Roots” restaurant, GG’s rooftop open-to-sky restaurant with a covered bar, and Kick in the Brick, a restaurant and dance floor providing a vibrant leisure space for guests.

Spanning over 10 acres, the development will also include a high-street shopping complex, a school, a hospital, and a residential complex, creating a holistic, community-driven environment for residents and visitors.
