Euronics Begins Operations at New Manufacturing Plant in Gurugram.

Public washroom automation firm Euronics has commenced operations at its newly launched manufacturing plant in Gurugram. "This facility is expected to meet the growing demand for commercial and public washroom facilities, which has increased significantly in recent years," said Viknesh Jain, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Managing Director (MD) of Euronics.

The company aims to achieve a revenue target of ₹400 crore by FY 2025-26. Jain noted that the new plant is designed to cater to this burgeoning demand, enhancing production capabilities to handle 50 percent of the current average order volumes.

Jain also emphasized the company's commitment to sustainability, focusing on water conservation, reducing dependence on tissue (a major contributor to deforestation), and saving electricity. The new facility is expected to create 200 blue-collar jobs.

Regarding the possibility of entering residential washroom facilities, Jain reiterated Euronics' focus on enhancing commercial spaces and addressing the distinct challenges of common and public bathrooms in India, where issues like water wastage and tissue paper usage are more critical compared to residential settings.

Euronics has also shifted its focus from B2B enterprise sales to entering online commerce marketplaces like Amazon, setting a target of ₹280 crore for FY 2025. The company is closing FY 2024 at around ₹200 crore.

Established in 2002, Euronics is a public washroom automation brand serving Fortune 500 companies including Google, WIPRO, IBM, Accenture, and Infosys. Euronics has also undertaken washroom automation projects for Ram Mandir in Ayodhya; Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Center); the New Parliament Building; airports in Ayodhya, Mumbai, Delhi, Goa, and Bangalore; the Supreme Court of India; Smart City projects across India; AIIMS (PAN India), and several other developments.
