European Firm EG A/S Launches New Tech Centre in Mangaluru.

Northern European SaaS company EG A/S has inaugurated a large new technology centre at wrkwrk, a premium workspace provider for emerging hubs, in Mangaluru. The centre accommodates 850 employees, marking a significant expansion for the company in the region.

Speaking to the media in Mangaluru, Mikkel Bardram, CEO of EG A/S, shared that the company initially started with just 40 employees in the city but has rapidly grown to its current strength of around 850.

Bardram expressed his admiration for the local talent pool, noting that nearly 60 percent of the workforce comes from the Mangaluru region. He also highlighted that about half of the employees are fresh talent, underscoring the city’s potential as a growing tech hub.
