Fateh Rural to Expand Rural Call Centre Network.

Fateh Rural, a rural marketing and advertising agency, has announced plans to significantly expand its rural call centre network. The company, which currently operates six centres in Sopore (Jammu and Kashmir), Bathinda, Lucknow, Ranchi, Amravati (Maharashtra), and the outskirts of Hyderabad, aims to double its footprint to 12 centres within the next 12 months and grow to 20 centres over the next three years.

According to a media statement, new facilities are planned in cities including Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Raipur, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Hubli, Vijayawada, Coimbatore, and Shillong. Each centre will accommodate around 500 seats, significantly boosting Fateh Rural’s capacity to deliver high-volume, multilingual, and hyperlocal communication solutions.

The company said its call centres will primarily employ local talent, with a strong focus on women’s participation. By operating in local languages and cultural contexts, Fateh Rural aims to build trust, improve adoption, and strengthen long-term engagement between brands, government departments, and rural consumers.
