Trimex Group commissions mineral extraction plant: The first of its kind in India

Hyderabad: Trimex Group has commenced production at its Rs 250 crore Srikurmam Mineral Sands project in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh, after almost nine years of project implementation.

The fully-integrated, multi-mineral facility, the first of its kind in India, involves utilising beach sand to extract a variety of minerals such as ilmenite, rutile and zircon.
