Godrej Properties Secures Over INR 2,000 Crore in Bookings with Launch of Godrej Jardinia in Noida

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), listed under BSE scrip ID: GODREJPROP, has achieved remarkable success with its latest project, Godrej Jardinia, located in Sector 146, Noida. The company announced today that it has sold approximately 650 homes, accumulating a total booking value exceeding INR 2,000 crore. This launch, which took place in May 2024, marks the most successful project launch in Noida in terms of sales value for Godrej Properties.

Following the successful launch of Godrej Tropical Isle in the same sector last year, Godrej Jardinia represents another milestone, achieving over INR 2,000 crore in sales. This is the fourth consecutive launch in the NCR region by Godrej Properties to surpass the INR 2,000 crore sales mark in the past four quarters.

Sector 146 is emerging as a prime residential area in Noida, offering excellent access to key social and commercial infrastructures such as the Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, and Film City. The area is well-connected to the upcoming Jewar Airport, metro stations, the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and the Yamuna Expressway, enhancing its appeal to homebuyers.
