Gujarat invites Pvt cos for airport project at Dwarka

Vadodara: Gujarat government has invited private companies to develop an airport at Dwarka.

State tourism minister Jaynarayan Vyas said that chief minister Narendra Modi has expressed his desire of an airport there.

The government has chalked out a master plan of Rs 50 crore for developing amenities and facilities to make Dwarka a centre of pilgrimage, he said adding that develop amenities and facilities around the temple premises will be the priority.

The Dwarkadish temple here honours Lord Krishna and attracts thousands of pilgrims and devotees from different parts of the country and abroad.
