Hampton Sky Realty Ltd Secures Approvals for Hospital Project

Hampton Sky Realty Ltd, formerly known as Ritesh Properties and Industries Limited, has announced the receipt of all necessary approvals to commence construction on its hospital project, named Hampton Narayana Superspeciality Hospital. This development follows the company's initial announcement on December 3, 2021.

Set to initiate construction in the upcoming week, the project boasts a projected investment of Rs. 200 Crores. The hospital will be strategically located within the municipal limits of Ludhiana, situated on NH-5 connecting Ludhiana with Chandigarh. Covering 43 acres, the hospital will offer a comprehensive range of super specialties, with a particular focus on Cardiology and Oncology.

This significant step underscores Hampton Sky Realty Ltd's commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure and providing specialized medical services to the community.
