Harmony floats new project for elderly in Chennai.

Harmony Eldercare, the Chennai-based senior citizen community service provider and specialising in exclusive management of eldercare communities, has recently unveiled a new residential project in association with RVS Developers.

Harmony Victoria, offering senior-friendly homes, has been launched at Potheri, off GST Road. The project will offer 120 1BHK apartments of 600 sq ft each.

The project is designed to offer an array of elder care services including centralised vegetarian kitchen, managed housekeeping, supportive health services, geriatric fitness centre, 24X7 security and other concierge services.

The project is slated for completion by April 2017. Each apartment is priced at Rs. 18.5 lakh.

The project is designed to include an array of senior citizen focused engineering and to offer homes that are functional and contemporary. These will have vitrified anti-skid tiles, same level floorings and convenient walking ramps among others.
