Hatsun Agro Product Announces ₹1,000 Crore Capital Expenditure Plan for FY27

Hatsun Agro Product (HAP), India's largest private sector dairy company, plans to invest around ₹1,000 crore in the financial year 2026-27 as it looks to strengthen its milk procurement, distribution network and manufacturing capabilities.

In an interview with businessline, RG Chandramogan, Chairman, Hatsun Agro Product, said the planned investment will be directed towards expanding the company's milk procurement and distribution infrastructure, upgrading select production facilities and increasing marketing initiatives.

The investment forms part of Hatsun Agro's broader growth strategy to increase its daily product sales to around 2.4 crore packs over the next two years, from the current level of 1.84 crore packs per day.

The company aims to scale its operations by improving supply chain capabilities and expanding its presence across markets as demand for dairy products continues to grow.
