HDIL signs MOU with Mack Star for sale

Mumbai: Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd has entered in to sale of developmental rights agreement for its project, `Kaledonia,' at Sahar Road, Andheri (East), with Mack Star marketing for Rs 900 crore. A senior company official said the property comprised office space of about five lakh sq.ft. and had been handed over to Mack Star.

The sale amount had been realised and would be accounted for in this quarter.
