Holiday Inn Express at IGI airport up for sale as per an investment memorandum, asking price Rs. 230 cr.

The Holiday Inn Express hotel, located at Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport, is up for sale for an asking price of Rs. 230 crore, according to an investment memorandum.

As per the investment memorandum, floating around in the industry, the 93 keys hotel is held under Devaraya Hospitalities, a fully owned subsidiary of the troubled real estate company Radius Developers which was admitted under the National Company Law Tribunal a year ago.
