HUDCO Signs MoU with Rajasthan Government.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan through its Department of Finance. The agreement, formalized on July 24, 2024, in Jaipur, aims to provide financial assistance for housing and urban infrastructure projects in Rajasthan, with a proposed funding of ₹1,00,000 crore over the next five years, subject to mutually agreed terms and conditions.

The MoU was signed by Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, and Shri Debasish Prusty, IAS, Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan’s Finance (Budget) Department, with Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, present at the ceremony.

In market activity, shares of Housing & Urban Development Corporation Limited were last trading on the BSE at ₹307.15, down from the previous close of ₹323.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7,385,258 in over 91,507 trades.
