Infotech wins project from Malaysian firm

New Delhi: IT firm Infotech Enterprises has secured a five-year contract from Malaysia-based inCONTROL Tech (iTEC) for implementing GIS information system for a power utility in Malaysia.

The contract with iTEC will involves implementation of an enterprise geographic information services (GIS) system for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), the largest power utility in Malaysia.

The deal between Infotech and iTEC will offer an SOA (service oriented architecture) based solution for enterprise GIS information management to TNB and its implementation will integrate and streamline business processes across various functions within TNB.
