Inox Clean Energy Arm to Acquire 640 MW Renewable Portfolio from Evergreen Group.

Inox Clean Energy announced recently that its subsidiary, Inox Neo Energies, has signed a deal to acquire a portfolio of 640 megawatts (MW) of wind-solar hybrid projects from Evergreen Power Mauritius and Evergreen Renewables.

This acquisition is a major step for Inox Clean as it expands its footprint as a renewable energy independent power producer. The projects are currently being developed under various Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) held by the Evergreen Group.
