Iran-India gas pipeline talks in crucial stage

Tehran: The talks between Iran and India on gas pipeline project costing $7 billion are in final stage. Earlier Iran and Pakistan also held their expert level bilateral meeting in Islamabad and agreed on 30 articles. India and Pakistan sides disagreement on gas transit fee have caused talks other levels to face a delay.

Iran's oil ministry caretaker Gholam Hussein Nozari said 'talks are time-consuming as it is long-term agreement and three countries try to best serve their own interests, I believe two other sides are also determined to reach a conclusion soon.'
