"Jakson Group is set to expand its global footprint, targeting solar module exports to the US, Europe, and West Asia starting in FY27."
The diversified Jakson Group, which is setting up a 6 GW integrated solar manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh with an investment of around ₹8,000 crore, is planning to significantly scale up exports of solar modules from the next financial year.
The group is targeting overseas markets including the US, Europe and West Asia, as it looks to leverage expanded manufacturing capacity from the upcoming plant.
“We have already started working on exports. Once the new plant becomes operational, we will export modules in a big way,” Sundeep Gupta, Vice-Chairman of Jakson Group.
