Kerala HC moved for resumption of Pachalam ROB work.

A petition was filed in the Kerala High Court recently seeking a directive to the Ernakulam District Collector to take necessary steps to resume the construction work of Pachalam ROB.

The petition was filed by High Court lawyer Suman Chakravarthy and other lawyers residing at Pachalam. According to them, the High Court had earlier directed DMRC and KMRL to complete the works within six months.

The court had also directed the government to provide adequate support to ensure that the work was completed in time.
