Kerala to Launch Vision 2031 and New IT Hub ‘i by Infopark’ at ReCode Kerala 2025.

Kerala’s Electronics and Information Technology Department will host ReCode Kerala 2025 on October 28, a state-level development seminar aimed at shaping strategies for the State’s Vision 2031 initiative.

The event will bring together senior policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and technology experts to discuss Kerala’s path toward digital transformation and sustainable development.

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the seminar and unveil the Vision 2031 roadmap, outlining long-term goals for inclusive and technology-driven growth. He will also virtually inaugurate “i by Infopark”, a new premium co-working IT hub located at Ernakulam South Metro Station. Developed by Infopark, the facility highlights Kerala’s focus on innovation, collaboration, and expanding opportunities within its technology ecosystem.
