Kisanserv Teams Up with Milky Mist to Expand Dairy Product Line.

Kisanserv, a retail company specializing in fresh fruits and vegetables, has announced a strategic partnership with dairy brand Milky Mist to broaden its product offerings. The collaboration will introduce over 200 premium dairy products made from 100% cow’s milk across Kisanserv’s convenience stores in Pune and Mumbai, according to a media statement.

The move aligns with Kisanserv’s long-term growth strategy, which includes expanding to 250 stores and reaching ₹500 crore in revenue within the next four years. CEO Niranjan Sharma highlighted that customer demand for dairy products has been strong, making the addition of Milky Mist’s offerings a natural fit to complement the company’s fresh produce selection. “This partnership enhances convenience for our customers and boosts both revenue and profit margins,” Sharma said.

Milky Mist, which reported ₹2,000 crore in revenue last year, shares similar growth ambitions. The partnership is expected to benefit both companies as Kisanserv focuses on expanding its footprint in Western India, while Milky Mist seeks to solidify its presence across the country.

Kisanserv is already outperforming many grocery retailers, generating ₹41,000 per sq ft annually—significantly above the industry average of ₹31,000. With the planned store expansion and the introduction of high-demand dairy products, the company aims to raise this figure to ₹65,000 per sq ft per year.

Looking ahead, Kisanserv plans to expand into new markets, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai, as it continues its rapid growth trajectory.
