KKR to invest ₹145 crore in Mantri's Bengaluru projects.

Bengaluru-based realtor Mantri Developers has signed an agreement with global investment firm KKR to raise ₹145 crore.

The funds will be deployed in 1.3 million sq ft of luxury residential projects in Bengaluru. Mantri Developers CMD Sushil Mantri said: 'We are thrilled that a global investor like KKR has shown confidence in our high-end project and is confident about the real estate market in Bengaluru.'

Sanjay Nayar, CEO of KKR India, said: “This investment marks the start of a relationship with Sushil Mantri and his team.'
