Lamina Suspension opens spring plant

Mangalore: Lamina Suspension Products, the Mangalore-based automobile spring manufacturer, opened its second parabolic spring manufacturing plant at Baikmapady in Mangalore.

A company release said that Mr Jacques Colaert, Managing Director of Weweler-Colaert, manufacturer of parabolic springs from Belgium, inaugurated the new plant.

Presiding over the function, Mr N. Vinay Hegde, Managing Director of Lamina Suspension Products Ltd, said that Lamina is committed to adhere to quality, and its 15-year-long association with Weweler-Colaert is a testimony to its commitment to quality. Lamina has an annual turnover of over Rs 150 crore, the release added.
