Leighton Welspun bags prestigious Wave II mixed use real estate Project

Leighton Welspun Contractors Pvt. Ltd in conjunction with JV partner INFRA13 Pvt.Ltd., has secured a contract with Wave Infratech Ltd to develop the prestigious Wave II Project - a mixed use building development located in Sector 18, Noida, U.P. The contract is valued at Rs4.42bn, (91.25M USD)

The Wave 11 development includes retail, cinemas, basement and podium car park levels and two towers totalling over 340,000 m2 of built up area. Overall height of the buildings will be 47 levels reaching a maximum floor height of 182 meters for Tower I, whilst Tower 2 with 32 levels will have a maximum height of 139 meters.

Work on the project will commence immediately, with piling rigs expected at site to start piling from next week
