L&T Secures ₹1,000–2,500 Crore Order Category for Residential and Commercial Projects Across Three Cities

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured multiple construction contracts for residential and commercial developments in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad through its Residential, Commercial Buildings & Factories (RCF) business vertical.

The contracts fall under L&T's “Significant” order classification, representing a value range of ₹1,000 crore to ₹2,500 crore, although the exact contract value remains undisclosed.

In Mumbai, L&T will construct nine high-rise residential towers, each comprising one basement and 50 floors. The Bengaluru project involves nine residential towers, each featuring three basements and 25 floors.

In Hyderabad, the company will develop a premium commercial tower comprising five basements and 22 floors. Additionally, L&T has secured supplementary orders for certain ongoing projects.

These contracts strengthen L&T's order book and reinforce its presence in India's expanding urban real estate construction market. The company has not disclosed the client's identity or project completion schedules.
