Maditssia lauds pharma park plan

Madurai: The Madurai District Tiny And Small Scale Industries Association (Maditssia) has welcomed the Tamil Nadu Government's move to set up a 250-acre pharma park at Nanguneri special economic zone (SEZ). In a statement, the association President, Mr P.T. Krishnamoorthy, said it would be a milestone in industrialisation of southern Tamil Nadu. The State Government and the Centre should also work to establish a mixed industrial park at Madurai and other major districts that would help the industrialisation of Tamil Nadu as a whole instead of concentrating in Chennai alone.
