MAIA Estates Raises ₹120 Crore for 36-Storey Residential Project in Basavanagudi.

MAIA Estates has raised ₹120 crore from boutique real estate investment firm Arnya to develop The Seven, a twin-tower 36-storey residential project in Basavanagudi, South Bengaluru.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2026, with completion targeted for 2029. The project will feature spacious 4 BHK and larger apartments spanning approximately 6 lakh square feet of built-up area.

The development is expected to strengthen MAIA Estates’ presence in Bengaluru’s premium residential segment.
