MBL Infrastructure Ltd. updates on arbitration award.

The Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal comprising of Hon'ble Justice A K Sikri, Former Judge Supreme Court of India, Presiding Arbitrator, Hon'ble Justice Reva Khetrapal, Former judge High Court of Delhi, Co-arbitrator and Hon'ble Justice Alok Kumar Singh, Former judge Allahabad High Court, Co arbitrator has unanimously passed award dated 03.04.2023 for net sum of Rs. 26.73 crores plus further interest of 10% p.a. from date of award till the date of payment in favour of MBL Infrastructure Ltd against NHAI for the completed project of construction of residential accommodation for NHAI staff at Pocket B-5, Sector 17, Dwarka, New Delhi.
