Ministry of Urban Development issues LoI to NBCC for redevelopment project

NBCC has announced that Ministry of Urban Development has issued LoI to NBCC for construction of 4747 dwelling units upon redevelopment of Kidwai Nagar (East), Delhi for General Pool Residential Accommodation (GPRA). Estimated cost of the project is Rs 42.64 billion (approx) including maintenance of GPRA complex for 30 years.
