Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Ltd secures fresh ₹16.47 crore order.

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for appointment as consultant under the ADB/PISC consulting services for the Program Implementation Support Consultant role for the Maharashtra Green Roads Connectivity for Inclusive Growth Program.

The assignment has been awarded by the Maharashtra Rural Roads Development Association (MRRDA) and involves providing implementation support for the development of sustainable and inclusive rural road connectivity infrastructure across Maharashtra. The programme is aimed at improving rural accessibility, supporting economic development, and strengthening environmentally sustainable transport infrastructure in the state.

The project has been awarded under a Joint Venture (JV), in which Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited holds a 70% stake. The total order value of the project stands at ₹23.53 crore, while Monarch’s share is valued at ₹16.47 crore in line with its JV agreement.

The company said the mandate further strengthens its position in the transportation and infrastructure consulting segment and adds to its growing portfolio of government-backed infrastructure assignments.

Commenting on the development, Director – Business Sunil Kokare said the company is pleased to secure the mandate under the Maharashtra Green Roads Connectivity Programme. He added that the project reflects continued confidence from government agencies in the firm’s technical expertise and execution capabilities, and that it is well-positioned to support implementation while contributing to improved rural connectivity and sustainable infrastructure development across Maharashtra.
