NCC Limited Secures ₹350-Crore Building Contract from Private Sector.

Hyderabad-based construction major NCC Limited announced that it has secured a building division order worth ₹349.70 crore (excluding GST) from a private company in December 2024. The disclosure was made in a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on January 1, 2025.

The project, which is scheduled to be completed within 32 months, was awarded in the normal course of business. NCC Limited clarified that the contract does not involve any related party transactions, and its promoters, promoter group, and group companies have no financial or operational interests in the entity awarding the order.

This new contract, which excludes any internal contracts, will bolster NCC Limited’s order book in its building division. The company has maintained its focus on executing diverse projects across sectors, reflecting its position as a leading infrastructure player in India.

NCC Limited, formerly known as Nagarjuna Construction Company, operates across various segments, including buildings, transportation, water and environment, irrigation, power, metals, and mining. The company’s consistent growth and diversified portfolio continue to drive its prominence in the Indian infrastructure industry.
