NCC wins Rs 5,750-mn worth orders

Hyderabad: Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd (NCC) has secured three new orders aggregating to Rs 575 crore. The projects are to be executed in West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh.

The first order valued at Rs 284.64 crore has been secured from the Steel Authority of India Ltd, Burnpur, West Bengal, for structural works for a couple of facilities. It has to be completed over the next 24 months.

The second also from the SAIL is valued at Rs 197.19 crore and relates to structural, works for reheating furnace (RHF) and Rolling Mills (RM) to be completed over a period of 20 months, a company press release said.

The last order involving Rs 33.18 crore is for the construction of the University Campus, Heart Institute and Medical University Buildings at Rangapur, Nalgonda District for the Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences (NIMS), here over the next 15 months.
