NDR Space Pvt Ltd to Invest ₹250 Crore in Warehousing and Logistics Facility at Aluva.

Kerala Industries Minister P. Rajeeve has laid the foundation stone for a ₹250-crore A-grade warehousing and logistics facility promoted by NDR Space Private Ltd at Chununganveli near Aluva.

Spread across 16 acres, the facility is expected to generate direct and indirect employment for 300 people.

Speaking at the event, Minister Rajeeve highlighted that this project marks the 100th initiative under the Invest Kerala Summit. He added that the summit, held in February, has attracted ₹36,000 crore in investments to the state, creating approximately 50,000 employment opportunities.
