Park Group of Hospitals has launched an advanced multi-super specialty hospital in Panchkula, alongside the ongoing expansion of its Mohali facility, strengthening access to tertiary and quaternary healthcare services across the Tricity region.
The new Panchkula facility has been developed to meet rising demand for advanced medical care across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and the Chandigarh region. It aims to reduce the need for patients to travel to metro cities such as New Delhi for specialised treatment.
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostics, modular operation theatres, and critical care infrastructure, and will offer comprehensive services across oncology, neurosciences, orthopedics, cardiology, and critical care, including robotic-assisted procedures. A significant proportion of beds have been dedicated to high-acuity critical care services.
According to the group, its care model focuses on delivering high-quality clinical outcomes supported by structured patient counselling and engagement to help patients and families better understand treatment pathways and recovery processes. The operating model is also supported by infrastructure planning and cost efficiencies aimed at making advanced healthcare more accessible.
Commenting on the development, Dr. Ankit Gupta said the Panchkula launch and upcoming Mohali expansion mark a key step in building an integrated healthcare ecosystem across North India. He added that with a combined capacity of around 850 beds in the Tricity region, the group is strengthening its ability to deliver high-acuity care closer to patients while building centres of excellence across major specialties.
