Power Mech Projects Secures ₹371 Crore Contract from Adani's Mahan Energen

Power Mech Projects Ltd has secured a significant contract valued at ₹370.84 crore from Mahan Energen Ltd, a subsidiary of Adani Power. The agreement is for civil and structural works at the Mahan Phase-III project in Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh.

Mahan Energen was formerly known as Essar Power MP Ltd.

According to a regulatory filing, the scope of work includes civil construction and the erection of prefabricated structural steel for the main powerhouse and two boiler turbine generator (BTG) units, each with a capacity of 800 MW.

The project also covers work on key components such as the Central Control Building, ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) and limestone handling system, switchyard, and other essential ancillary works for the project's third phase.
