Puravankara to develop ₹1,000 crore residential project in Bengaluru’s Sarjapur after signing deal.

Puravankara has announced a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner to develop a residential project in Bengaluru, the company said in a regulatory filing on Monday.

The project will be built on a 6.4-acre land parcel located in Sarjapur, a fast-growing real estate corridor in the city. Under the agreement, the developer plans to construct a housing project with a total saleable area of around 0.8 million sq ft.

The company has estimated that the project could generate a revenue potential of approximately ₹1,000 crore, reflecting strong demand prospects in the Bengaluru residential market.

The development marks another addition to Puravankara’s expanding portfolio in Bengaluru, as it continues to focus on large-scale housing projects in key urban micro-markets.
