Qualitek Labs Limited Secures Order from Indian Oil Corporation Ltd..

Qualitek Labs Limited has announced a series of strategic developments, including an important contract win and an acquisition that bolster its presence in the testing and laboratory services sector.

The company’s subsidiary, Interstellar Testing Centre Private Limited, has been awarded a three-year contract by Indian Oil Corporation Limited to operate and maintain outsourced testing activities at the QC Laboratory at Panipat Refinery. The order is valued at Rs. 10.19 crore and signifies a strengthening of Qualitek’s relationship with major industry players in the oil and gas sector.

In addition, Qualitek Labs has expanded its footprint in the food and life sciences testing domain through the acquisition of the Food Testing Laboratory in Mumbai, acquired via a slump sale for Rs. 8.82 crore. This acquisition is expected to enhance Qualitek’s capabilities and service offerings within the food testing segment, further diversifying its portfolio.
